REMINDER: THANKSGIVING FOOD BASKETS
Holy Family is preparing Thanksgiving Food Baskets for those in need of assistance in the Holy Family, St. Mary and St. Mark parishes. If you require assistance, please call the parish office at 618 877-7158 by November 13th to have your name added to the list. You can pick up your food basket on Monday, November 20th from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Holy Family Community Center.
Parishioners who are able to donate items for these baskets can bring them to Mass or drop them off at the Community Center. Needed items include stuffing, instant potatoes, gravy, canned sweet potatoes, a bag of marshmallows, cranberry sauce, canned French crispy onions, cake mixes, canned icings, etc. (we have enough green beans and corn). The Holy Family Men’s Club will be providing the turkeys again this year. Thank you!
Any money donated will be used to purchase fresh items for the baskets, such as milk, butter, eggs, dinner rolls, and pies. Please mark the envelope “Thanksgiving Food Baskets” and place it in the collection basket or bring it to the Office Complex.
