Faith Formation

R.C.I.A.

Are You Interested in the Catholic Faith?

Soon, we will begin a new journey in faith to share the richness of the Catholic Church and our parish family.  We invite you to learn what the Church teaches.  These sessions also are opportunities for you and others that you may wish to invite to ask those perplexing and difficult questions you may have about the Church.  These gatherings are for inquirers and are open to people who are unbaptized, as well as those who are baptized Christians from Protestant or Evangelical backgrounds.

This first session is September 5th, at 6:00 pm, in the Conference Center.  Please call Keith if you have questions or would like further information at (618) 877-7158 or email at kunfried@holyfamilygc.org.

Eucharistic Adoration (Wednesdays)

Adoration is a Eucharistic devotion in which parishioners unite in taking hours of adoration before the Most Blessed Sacrament every Wednesday following the 8:00AM Mass until 7:00PM. Parishioners can schedule their hour of the day to be with Jesus and to rest in His peace.

Bible Study

In a relaxed atmosphere, we Read, Study, and Share the Bible to help us live the word of God in our daily lives.

Parish School of Religion (PSR)

To ensure all children of the Catholic Faith who don’t attend a Catholic School receive formation in our faith, the PSR offers instruction to children from grades 1 through 8 through dedicated volunteer staff. More information on PSR 2022-2023 is here.
