Celebrate Holy Family School
Catholic Schools Week 2008 gives us an opportunity to celebrate - and give thanks for - our parish school.
Catholic Schools Week is an annual national celebration of the important role that Catholic elementary and secondary schools across the country play in providing a values-added education for America's young people. Catholic schools are proud of their educational network that emphasizes intellectual, spiritual, moral, physical, and social values in their students.
We're very proud of our parish school, its students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Both of our Catholic schools in our city represent the highest standards of good Catholic education. Holy Family School's enrollment has grown slightly from last year and we have hopes in the enrollment growing again next year. We have much to be proud of, much to celebrate, and much to be thankful.
This year's theme is "Catholic Schools Light The Way".
Join us in celebrating Catholic Schools Week at Holy Family School's Open House on Monday, January 28. The PSA meeting will begin at 6:30 PM and the Open House will immediately follow. Even if you do not currently have a child or grandchild enrolled at HOly Family School, please accept this invitation to visit our parish school. This is an opportunity to meet the faculty and visit classrooms. Please stay for refreshments in the cafeteria as well. Call the school at 877-5500 with any questions.
