Christmas at Holy Family
News and updates about Christmas season happenings around Holy Family.
CHRISTMAS MASS REMEMBRANCE:
In pews starting the Second Sunday of Advent you'll find our Christmas Mass Remembrance envelopes. Please list your prayer intentions on the envelope, return it to the parish office, or drop it in the collection basket. The envelopes will remain on the altar durnig the Christmas season.
CHRISTMAS BOOKLET:
We are publishing a "Christmas at Holy Family" booklet for this year's Christmas Masses, including information to welcome our seasonal visitors and include all readings and music for the Christmas Masses. It is important that we have the support of as many parishioners as possible as patrons and advertisers. Please see the flyers at the end of the pews (also available here as a PDF file) and consider supporting this effort. Thank you!
HELPING THOSE IN NEED:
Holy Family, in conjunction with Catholic Charities, will be helping families in need through the holidas in a number of different ways. First of all, you must be registered with the parish for at least one year or be a school family. Second, all names will be submitted to Catholic Charities for verification of need. Each family will be notified as to their qualification. During this time of economic crisis, please do not hesitate to come forward for assistance.
Holy Family Parish will help with food for Christmas. Please call by December 17th to have your name added to the Christmas Food Basket list. You must pick up your food on Tuesday, December 22, between 9 and 11 AM. Thank you!
Generous Givers Please Note: Giving Tree Gifts MUST be under the tree NO LATER THAN 10:30 Mass December 20th. Do NOT bring gifts late. They CAN NOT be used if they are late. Thank you for your cooperation!
